Greek finance minister's letter to the Eurogroup

(1) Now here's an interesting chain of thought. France currently issues around 90 billion euros in bonds annually to finance deficit.

(2) On a rough and ready calculation ECB will buy around 90 billion Euros worth of French bonds each year in both 2015 & 2016.

(3) As France is an ECB shareholder (or own NCB) interest payments on this debt will be returned.

(4) Conclusion: Extra debt to finance French deficit effectively comes free in 2015/16. This will continue as long as QE continues.

This list will be approved by the Eurogroup, even w reservations. It's much more comprehensive & detailed than what was 'leaked'.
