Tatiana Gruzdeva, the live-in girlfriend of Ibragim Todashev, has been arrested for a second time and is reportedly being deported for providing Boston Magazine with an interview that detailed the couple’s account of harassment by the FBI.

Infowars invited Gruzdeva, who will turn 20-years old in six days, for an interview on Sept. 30, but she declined and provided the following statement:

“Good morning! Im sorry, I really don’t want to have more problems , I already have a lot!! And not only me couple Ibrahim’s friends also .. I don’t want to make it worse. Sorry.”

Local 10 news reports that when Gruzdeva went to the immigration office to sign papers for an extension on her work visa, she was arrested by the Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

She reportedly told Boston Magazine in a collect call from jail that she was being held in solitary confinement again, and was being deported for her interview with the magazine. According to reports, she had been waiting for weeks for the work authorization form that would allow her to work legally in the country.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations said when they reached out for comment from FBI spokesman Paul Bresson, he declined. The group also reached out to the spokeswoman for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Carissa Cutrell, but her voicemail was off due to the government shutdown.

Gruzdeva previously spent three months in jail, and five days in solitary confinement on charges of an expired work visa, despite the fact that FBI officials were aware of her expired visa but ignored this violation during their previous interrogations of the couple.

Todashev was brutally murdered by the FBI execution style while she was incarcerated on May 22 in his Fla. home. The agency has since refused to release any information on his murder, citing national security.

Todashev was an alleged acquaintance of the Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev. The FBI seemingly believed Todashev might have been aware of Tsarnaev’s relationship with the CIA, and his role in the Boston Marathon bombing, or more accurately, the government’s setup in which they framed the Tsarnaev brothers as patsies.

In April, Infowars confirmed Tamerlan Tsarnaev attended a workshop sponsored by the CIA-linked Jamestown Foundation. The FBI admitted they interviewed Tamerlan, but found him not to be a threat. Also, Homeland Security boss Janet Napolitano admitted their awareness of Tsarnaev’s trip and alleged he returned from Russia “with a willingness to kill people.”

The FBI has aggressively pursued several of both the Tsarnaev brother’s friends and Todashev’s friends through arrest and numerous interrogations. Reports prove the FBI asked some of Todashev’s friends to “spy on local mosques and threatened to arrest them” if they didn’t comply.

In late Sept., I released a report on Ashurmamad Miraliev, a friend and roommate of Todashev and Gruzdeva, who was arrested by Fla. police on Sept. 20, on charges of “threatening a witness in a 14-month-old battery case against Todashev.”

I was able to confirm with the Osceola County Jail in Kissimmee, Fla. that his bail is set at $50,000, however, even if he were to be bailed out, he is under an immigration hold, meaning upon his release he would be turned over to immigration and possibly deported.

Reports came in late last night exposing the treatment of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who is still being held in a federal medical prison in Mass. His communications with family and even his legal team have been severely limited.

His attorneys argue the harsh isolation he’s been kept in for over four months is considered a form of torture. The solitary confinement is a direct order from US Attorney General Eric H. Holder, who also maintains the authority to decide whether or not the 20-year will receive the death penalty.

Officials are making the outlandish claims that if Tsarnaev interacts with other inmates, he may be able to incite violence and “conspire to commit additional criminal activity.” They are treating the 20-year old as if he is a severe societal threat similar to the fictitious character Hannibal Lecter.

The former head of the NSA and the CIA, Michael Hayden, told an audience at a cybersecurity conference today that he’d like to see whistleblower Edward Snowden placed on a US government targeted assassination list.

In comments that were intended as a joke, but that came off as anything but funny, Hayden told the Washington Post hosted crowd that rather than being on the shortlist for a European human rights award, Snowden should be on a kill list.

“I must admit, in my darker moment over the past several months, I’d also thought of nominating Mr. Snowden, but it was for a different list,” Hayden said during a panel discussion, according to Brendan Sasso of The Hill.

Sasso notes that the audience laughed, and Rep. Mike Rogers (R-Mich.), chairman of the House Intelligence Committee who was also on the panel, responded, “I can help you with that.”

The conversation then turned specifically to the government’s use of targeted killings, with Hayden noting “Yes, we do targeted killings, and I certainly hope they make full use of the capacities of the National Security Agency when we do that.”

Hayden was responding to a question about a new project announced by journalists Glenn Greenwald and Jeremy Scahill, delving into the NSA’s alleged role in assassinations.

“This is going to be really interesting because I have no idea what [Greenwald] is talking about,” Hayden is said to have added, with Mike Rogers chiming in , “Neither does he.”

While asserting that “We don’t do assassinations,” Hayden said that the government is within its rights to carry out “targeted killings against enemy combatants” during a time of war.

The comments prompted the following tweet from Glenn Greenwald:

According to further reports, Hayden also floated a conspiracy theory that Snowden was likely engaged in a “sustained, long-term campaign” to take information from the NSA, with the contractor moving from job to job to gain more access.

Snowden wasn’t “suddenly offended by something he came across,” Hayden said.

Mike Rogers, added his own conspiracy theory, suggesting that Snowden had outside help accessing classified data.

When asked if Rogers believed there was ”evidence that Snowden had help from another government,” the lawmaker responded ”I didn’t say ‘evidence’ or ‘government,’ but that was pretty good.”

Describing Snowden’s activities as “the most brilliant espionage operation conducted against the United States in the history of the world,”  Rogers added ”We’re a little concerned there may have been more to this story than meets the eye.”

He further suggested that Snowden was in cahoots with China and Russia, saying that it was highly suspect that Snowden travelled first to Hong Kong, and then ended up ”in the loving arms” of a Russian intelligence agent.

Hayden has previously made it known that he believes Snowden to be worse than any American “traitor” ever, including Benedict Arnold, for blowing the whistle on government spying. He has saidthat he does not see Snowden as a whistleblower because he has not “exposed any wrongdoing” by government.

Hayden has also described the former NSA contractor as a “morally arrogant defector” who will likely become an alcoholic.

It was Hayden who was overseeing warrantless wiretapping programs during his tenure at the NSA. Hayden, was the one in charge of spying on millions of Americans’ communications, relying on a truly twisted version of the law under the PATRIOT Act as cover for his actions.

Hayden was also the man who seriously argued that there was no mention of “probable cause” in the Fourth Amendment, insisting that only ‘reasonable search and seizure’ was required in violating the privacy of Americans.

Government Shut Down Day 3: it really doesn’t seem that long

Okay everybody: just sit down and shut up! We’ve got a Government to shut down here, and it WILL hurt! You!

That’s an order.

As you know, the Barrycades at the World War II Memorial went up immediately following the announcement of the the painful government shutdown.

The stated reason for the closure was to ensure that none of our cherished WWII Veterans were endangered by government drones - now forced to fly unguided during this painful government shutdown.
You can tell that your government was really concerned about this potential hazard as War Memorials have never been closed during any of the 17 previous government shutdowns. And let me be perfectly clear: it required more effort to Barrycade the WWII Memorial than to leave it open.
Plus, the closure was part of a larger PR campaign pulled together by our Big Brains in preparation for the debt ceiling debate later this month. What if federal workers were to show up at the Barrycade to protest the government shutdown and demand that John Boehner tear down this wall? And just let them get back to their work for the American people. A brilliant plan, except that all the furloughed employees had already gone to play golf, so the SEIU had to hire McDonald’s employees to stand it for them at the protest.

On further consideration, the Big Brains relented. Having concluded that the staged optics of one group of federal government employees,

protesting the handiwork of another group of federal employees,

was trumped by the optics of members of the Greatest Generation in their wheelchairs being turned away at the Barrycade.

So it looks like we’ll just have to find some other way to exert the maximum amount of pain caused by the Tea Party Jihadists.
As might be expected, some of the Jihadists used this altogether reasonable safety precaution as an excuse to redirect people’s attention back to one of the phony scandals:

It didn’t go well. Despite the fact that Harry “threw them a life line,” John said that “offering to negotiate after (they) got everything they want is not much of an offer.” Big Guy did his part; exerting the leadership skills he learned in Community Organizing school, he stood firm in his refusal to negotiate with domestic terrorists.
So, it looks like we’ll just sit back and wait for the inevitable stock market collapse caused by the anxiety surrounding the continuing government closedown and potential U.S. credit default. That should prove to be a winning hand in the upcoming debt ceiling negotiations with the arsonists and hostage takers.
Clearly, Big Guy has bent over backwards to work with these American Anarchists and they won’t budge. Butt don’t worry, we’ve got a solid game plan for dealing with them in the future.

Barrycades: Feds Try to Shut Down Privately Owned Mount Vernon

“Deliberate effort by Obama to hurt the public”

The National Park Service erected barricades to shut down parking lots surrounding Mount Vernon despite the fact that the tourist destination is privately owned, another example of how the feds are deliberately worsening the government shut down.

Mount Vernon is the former plantation of George Washington and is owned by the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association, which doesn’t receive any government funding. The attraction’s official website reads, “NO SHUTDOWN HERE – The Federal government may be shut down, but Washington’s home remains open. Mount Vernon has remained a private non-profit for more than 150 years.”

However, a dispute began when the National Park Service began putting up barricades to block off the facility’s car park, blockading the entrance as well as a spot where tour buses turn around.

The parking lots are co-owned by Mount Vernon and the NPS, but require no immediate maintenance at all, meaning the decision to close them down was completely unnecessary.

The feds even blocked off a small area consisting of just three parking spaces.

After blogger Stephen Gutowski exposed the situation, Newt Gingrich got in on the act, tweeting, “The tour bus turnaround at Mount Vernon has been closed by federal police. This is deliberate effort by Obama to hurt the public. Disgusting.”

Numerous other sites around DC have been unnecessarily closed by the NPS and other federal agencies in what critics are labeling a cynical political stunt which only serves to punish the American people.

In some cases, efforts to shut down these sites actually require more manpower and resources than if they had been left open, highlighting the fact that this is an act of partisan theater by the Obama administration to pin the blame for the government shutdown on Republicans and opponents of Obamacare.

- Numerous hiking and biking trails throughout the greater DC region, despite requiring zero immediate maintenance or patrols, have been closed down. Irate citizens are merely flouting the law and using them anyway.

- The NPS has stationed officers along the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal that runs 184 miles from Washington, D.C. to Cumberland, Maryland to make sure nobody uses the bike paths. It would have required less manpower to keep this trail open. The handles on all the well pumps have also been removed.

- The feds also shut down a tiny park in which children play on fake turtles, prompting angry mothers to remove the barriers, only to see them put back up. “The park is extremely small and sort of seems pointless to block off,” reports the Daily Caller.

- Lincoln Park in DC, which is known to be used by several Democratic Senators, was not shut down, but numerous national parks across Montana were closed.

- The most widely reported case occurred at the World War II memorial in DC, where the NPS tried to prevent veterans from seeing the monument by erecting barriers and even threatening vets with arrest. The veterans stormed through the barricades anyway. “People had to spend hours setting up barricades where there are never barricades to prevent people from seeing the World War II monument because they’re trying to play a charade,” Senator Rand Paul told Fox News.

Senior Republicans on the House Natural Resources Committee are considering opening up an investigation into where the Obama administration directly ordered the “outrageous” closure of the memorial as part of a ploy to “make the current lapse in appropriations as conspicuous and painful to the public as possible,” according to the letter from chairman Doc Hastings, R-Wash., and subcommittee chairman Rob Bishop, R-Utah.

Voting for incumbents is like not voting at all: either way, you're throwing away your vote.

Here is the politicos' government shutdown game in a nutshell: inflict maximum pain on the rest of us to score cheap points with partisans.

The amount of money needed to keep the National Parks open is such a tiny slice of the Federal budget that it doesn't even register. Planned a trip of a lifetime to a National Park? Sorry, buddy--the whole game is making life as miserable as possible so we will be driven to partisan cheering for one side or the other.

Need a passport or a work permit? Tough luck, bucko. The sums of money needed to keep essential offices open is trivial, but that's the game plan for both parties: make the cuts that hurt the most with the least political exposure to blowback.

Please recall that every politico in Washington D.C. has known when the budget and debt ceiling would reach criticality. Yet they did nothing. We all know the two-party system of governance is broken, and that both parties are equally responsible. Yet what do we do? We continue to elect the incumbents who failed to change the political culture.

Please remember this absurd political theater in 2014 and 2016 and vote for third party and independent candidates. I have to laugh when people object, "But voting for third parties is throwing away your vote."

No, voting for Demopublican/Republicrat incumbents is throwing away your vote, because you're voting to guarantee more gridlock, corruption, can-kicking and dysfunction. You know who really throws away their vote? People who don't vote at all. They are essential to the dominance of dysfunction, as the political parasites know that when half the voters don't even bother to cast a ballot, they only need to inspire 25% of the voting-age populace to vote for their brand of dysfunction to stay in power.

The only vote that isn't thrown away is a vote for a third-party or independent candidate. Voting for an incumbent or other Demopublican/Republicrat is the same as not voting at all: you're simply rubber-stamping a continuation of corruption and dysfunction.

It's systemic. Candidate J.E. Blow might be a fine fellow/gal as an individual, but by playing by the existing rules of raising millions of dollars in campaign contributions and voting along partisan lines, they are enabling and supporting the entire corrupt and dysfunctional system.

The Pareto Distribution suggests that if 4% of voters broke away from dysfunction and voted for independents, that "vital few" would influence 64% of all voters. Next election, join the 4% who will eventually influence the 64%.

Voting for incumbents is like not voting at all: either way, you're throwing away your vote.
