Another day, another terrorist attack, this time in Canada, where the mounted police announced they have made arrests relating a "terror plot" planning to attack a New York to Toronto passenger train. And just to keep it really real, the name Al-Qaeda was released a few times. Supposedly this is not the same Al-Qaeda that is linked to the Syrian opposition, which these days is one of America's best friends in the region against Hassad's "evil" regime and so on.

Eyewitness account that runs contrary to the official narrative.
On Thursday night [Friday morning] at 12:45am EST. I was in my living room working on my computer when I heard multiple “pops” coming from outside. At that point, I had no idea that I was about to become an eye witness to the biggest news story in the country.
When I looked outside my window, I could clearly see two people (the Tsarnaev brothers) taking cover behind an SUV and engaging in gunfire. After witnessing shots being fired I promptly ran up the stairs to my 3^rd floor bedroom to distance myself a little further away from the gunfire. As I ran into my room, overwhelmed by shock, adrenaline, and curiosity, I jumped onto my bed to stay below the windows but also have a clear view at the shooters and photograph the event. As soon as I was laying safely on my bed I started taking pictures with my iPhone 5 and captured the following images that documented the terrifying shootout with the Tsarnaev brothers, which then led to an overnight citywide manhunt.

The shooters were also driving the green sedan on the left. They had the back passenger door open and were going back into the car where they had additional supplies (assumingly, more ammunition and explosives). They also had backpacks at their feet where they also had additional supplies.

This is a view from the west-facing window in my bedroom and at the end of the block (Laurel St.) you can see multiple police vehicles. These vehicles were about 75-80 yards from the shooters. (Taken at 12:46:25AM)

This is a zoomed in view from the last image. The red circle highlights the pressure cooker bomb that was used just moments after this photo was taken. The use of this explosive created an enormous cloud of smoke that covered the entire street. While the street was still cloudy with smoke one of the brothers started running down the street towards the officers, while still engaging them in gunshots. As he got closer to the officers, within 10 -15 yards of them he was taken down. From my vantage point I did not see whether he was tackled to the ground or brought down by gunshots.

As the one brother was running toward the officers the second got back into the SUV, turned it around in the street and proceeded to accelerate at the vehicle barricade. This image shows the black SUV charging the officer vehicles. (Taken 12:50:57AM)
This is a zoom-in from the last image and the red circle highlights where one of the brothers was taken down and still laying in the street. The black SUV proceeded to accelerate towards the officers and drove in between the two cars at the top of the picture. The SUV side swiped both cars taking out doors and windows and ultimately broke through the vehicle barricade and continued driving west on Laurel St. This was the last I saw of the black SUV.
This image was taken from the east-facing window. As soon as the black SUV had left the street officers rushed toward the green sedan and the spot of the shooting. As soon as officers got to the vehicle they started alerting all others on scene that there were “IEDs” on the street and for everyone examining the scene to clear the entire street. Also pictured at the bottom of the image is a Watertown Police SUV that had crashed in our driveway at the start of the gunfight and had many of its windows shot out. (Taken 12:57:52AM)

Full Criminal Complaint Against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Including New Details

The charges against Dzhokhar may have been filed under seal but it took minutes to find the full 11 page affidavit by FBI agent Daniel Genck, against the alleged bomber. And while there have been many discrepancies in various official versions of the narrative leading to the capture of the younger Tsarnaev, this is the final, final draft, which means any changes to the story from now on will be greeted by substantial popular skepticism.

Some of the newly emerging highlights:

From the day of the marathon:

At approximately 2:42 p.m. (i.e., approximately seven minutes before the first explosion), Bomber One can be seen detaching himself from the crowd and walking cast on Boylston Street towards the Marathon finish line. Approximately 15 seconds later, he can be seen passing directly in front of the Forum Restaurant and continuing in the direction of the location where the first explosion occurred. His knapsack is still on his back.
At approximately 2:45 p.m., Bomber Two can be seen detaching himself from the crowd and walking cast on Boylston Street toward the Marathon finishing line. He appears to have the thumb of his right hand hooked under the strap of his knapsack and a cell phone in his left hand. Approximately 15 seconds later, he can be seen stopping directly in front of the Forum Restaurant and standing near the metal border among numerous spectators, with his back to the camera, facing the runners, He then can be seen apparently slipping his knapsack onto the ground. A photograph taken from the opposite side of the street shows the knapsack on the ground at Bomber Two's feet.
The Forum Restaurant video shows that Bomber Two remained in the same spot for approximately four minutes, occasionally looking at his cell phone and once appearing to take a picture with it. At some point he appears to look at his phone, which is held at approximately waist level, and may be manipulating the phone. Approximately 30 seconds before the first explosion, he lifts his phone to his ear as if he is speaking on his cell phone, and keeps it there for approximately 18 seconds. A few seconds after he finishes the call, the large crowd of people around him can be seen reading to the first explosion. Virtually every head turns to the east (towards the finish line) and stares in that direction in apparent bewilderment and alarm. Bomber Two, virtually alone among the individuals in front of the restaurant, appears calm. He glances to the cast and then calmly but rapidly begins moving to the west, away from the direction of the finish line. He walks away without his knapsack, having left it on the ground where he had been standing. Approximately 10 seconds later, an explosion occurs in the location where Bomber Two had placed his knapsack.

From the hijacking:

Near midnight on April 18, 2013, an individual carjacked a vehicle at gunpoint in Cambridge, Massachusetts. A victim of the carjacking was interviewed by law enforcement and provided the following information. The victim stated that while he was sitting in his car on a road in Cambridge, a man approached and tapped on his passenger-side window. When the victim rolled down the window, the man reached in, opened the door, and entered the victim's vehicle. The man pointed a firearm at the victim and stated, "Did you hear about the Boston explosion?" and "I did that." The man removed the magazine from his gun and showed the victim that it had a bulletin it, and then re-inserted the magazine. The man then stated, "I am serious."
The man with the gun forced the victim to drive to another location, where they picked up a second man. The two men put something in the trunk of the victim's vehicle. The man with the gun took the victim's keys and sat in the driver's seat, white the victim moved to the front passenger seat. The second man entered the victim's vehicle and sat in the rear passenger seat. The man with the gun and the second man spoke to each other in a foreign language.
While they were driving, the man with the gun demanded money from the victim, who gave the man 45 dollars. One of the men compelled the victim to hand over his ATM card and password. They then drove to an ATM machine and attempted to withdraw money from the victim's account. The two men and the victim then drove to a gas station/convenience store in the vicinity of 816 Memorial Drive, Cambridge. The two men got out of the car, at which point the victim managed to escape.
A short time later, the stolen vehicle was located by law enforcement in Watertown, Massachusetts. As the men drove down Dexter Street in Watertown, they threw at least two small irnprovised explosive devices ("IEDs") out of the car. A gun fight ensued between the car's occupants and law enforcement officers in which numerous shots were fired. One of the men was severely injured and remained at the scene; the other managed to escape in the car. That car was later found abandoned a short distance away, and an intact low-grade explosive device was discovered inside it. In addition, from the scene of the shootout on Laurel Street in Watertown, the FBI has recovered two unexploded IEDs, as well as the remnants of numerous exploded IEDs.

From the showdown and subsequent examinations:

A preliminary examination of the explosive devices that were discovered at the scene of the shootout in Watertown and in the abandoned vehicle has revealed similarities to the explosives used at the Boston Marathon. The remnants of at least one of the exploded IEDs at the scene of the shootout indicate that a low-grade explosive had been contained in a pressure cooker. The pressure cooker was of the same brand as the ones used in the Marathon explosions. The explosive also contained metallic BBs contained within an adhesive material as well as green-colored hobby fuse. The intact low-grade explosive device found in the abandoned car was in a plastic container and wrapped with green-colored hobby fuse.
On the evening of April 19, 2013, police investigation revealed that there was an individual in a covered boat located at 67 Franklin Street in Watertown. After a stand-off between the boat's occupant and the police involving gunfire, the individual was removed from the boat and searched. A University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth identification card, credit cards, and other forms of identification were found in his pockets. All of them identified the man as DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV. He had visible injuries, including apparent gunshot wounds to the head, neck, legs, and hand. DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV's wounds were triaged and he was brought to an area hospital, where he remains for medical treatment.
On April 21, 2013, the FBI searched DZHOKHAR TSARNAEV's dormitory room at 7341 Pine Dale Hall at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, pursuant to a search warrant. The FBI seized from his room, among other things, a large pyrotechnic, a black jacket and a white hat of the same general appearance as those worn by Bomber Two at the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013, and BBs.

British media reports claim that FBI spoke with Tamerlan Tsarnaev and said they knew he’d carried out bombing

In a report released by Channel Four news in Britain, a reporter has revealed that the mother of the suspected Boston bombers has claimed that FBI officials contacted her eldest son after the bombing had taken place and before the shootout that claimed his life.

Speaking with the suspects’ father, Anzor, reporter Nick Sturdee says that the father claims Tamerlan contacted his mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, two or three days after the bombing.

According to Sturdee’s report, “Tamerlan told her the FBI had just rung him and accused him of being behind the attacks, and that he had responded by saying ‘that’s your problem’”.

The report states that “The FBI in Boston told Channel 4 News they currently won’t confirm or deny any claims about their involvement.”

However, a further AP report states that “The FBI is strongly refuting a report by Britain’s Channel 4 News that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was contacted by federal agents last week.”

“Story is false,” a spokeswoman for the agency said in an email response to a Boston Herald inquiry.

Although this information will likely never be verified, it does suggest even more evidence that the FBI knowingly lied to the public when officials claimed that they did not know who the suspects were upon releasing pictures of them at the scene of the bombing.

Channel Four news has clearly put its weight behind the information because it fits with everything else the suspects’ parents have said thus far. Both have claimed that their sons were framed, with the mother going into detail about how the FBI were regularly in contact with Tamerlan for three to five years.

The FBI was forced to admit that it had previously had contact with Tamerlan Tsarnaev in 2011, but only after officials first denied the claims made by the mother. The change of story from the FBI came when the media, particularly RT (Russia Today), began to further investigate the matter.

It also emerged that Russian officials contacted the FBI last year regarding Tamerlan’s visit, asking the agency to investigate him when he was spotted with ‘a militant’ on trip to Dagestan.

Maret Tsarnaeva insists her nephew was not killed by police.

After a dramatic and near unprecedented manhunt for the Tsarnaev brothers – accused of staging the Boston Bombings – what appears most clear is that very little clarity surrounds the case.

The whole world is now rehearsing the exotic names of the main suspects fingered as the 'Boston bombers': Tamerlan and Dzhokhar. The two young men have been treated with 'celebrity' attention by the media as the public is struggling to define the motives and circumstances that led to their recent actions.

The younger of the two – Dzhokhar – is in hospital with severe wounds he supposedly received from police after an extensive Friday night manhunt. His older brother Tamerlan was killed during the manhunt. He is said to have been wounded from head to toe when he was rushed into a hospital where he later died.

Also, he was reportedly wearing a suicide bomber's belt.

The 19-year old Dzhokhar was between life and death, 'intubated and sedated' with a throat wound. Boston Mayor Tom Menino voiced concerns Sunday that authorities might never be able to question him at all.

One thing remains unclear though – how the young man could walk out of the boat he was hiding in already with a throat wound that he was later almost dying from.

Since then, Dzhokhar has regained consciousness and is reportedly answering the police questions by writing.

Meanwhile, the FBI is actively searching for the two brothers' 'terror links', scrutinizing Tsarnaevs' contacts. However, so far there are more questions to the story than answers.

First, the 'Chechen link'. Being ethnically Chechens, the brothers spent very little time in their historic motherland in the mountains of Caucasus. The reaction of the Republic authorities can be summed up as 'We don't know them, we have not heard of them'.

The former Soviet State of Kyrgyzstan was the family's homeland for many years before the brothers emigrated to the US to receive a refugee status. Kyrgyz authorities confirmed the fact, saying they the Tsarnaevs left the country in 2001. While in Kyrgyzstan, the family lived in a town of Tormok, predominantly ethnically Chechen. 'Kyrgyz' Chechens were sent there on the orders of Joseph Stalin in 1944 amid the accusation – or pretext – of cooperating with the Nazi's.

The Tsarnaev's parents, after a few years in the US, are currently living in Dagestan, another turbulent republic in Russia’s south that draws a lot of active attention from the security forces. It might be believed to have some of the strongest and most conservative Muslim communities in the country but so far does not seem to have enough to qualify as a 'radical Islamic breeding spot'.

When asked about the motives behind their moving to the US, the father of the family, Anzor Tsarnaev, said:

"Chechens are stereotypically not welcome in so many places. We hoped the US will be the place to leave peacefully and free from judgment. Now I see it was a mistake".

Tsarnaev senior believes his children have been framed. He says it's impossible that they could do something like that.

“I’m sure about my children, in their purity. I don’t know what happened and who did this. God knows and he will punish the guilty,” he said.

An RT' team flew to Dagestan to speak to Tsarnaevs’ parents and neighbors. The psychological 'portrait' of the two brothers has little to do with what has been ascribed to them. Open and respecting, calm and friendly, the two brothers are described by people who've known them for some time in often the best terms. The news of their involvement in the Boston bombing has largely been met with shock.

“I lived next to this family both in Chechnya and here, in Dagestan,” the neighbor told RT. “Their kids couldn’t have done that, they couldn’t have been involved.”

A similar reaction was heard in outpourings from those who knew them in America.

"I'm in complete shock," Rose Schutzberg, 19, who graduated high school with Dzhokhar told USA Today. "He was a very studious person. He was really popular. He wrestled. People loved him."

None of the people around them had any suspicion something of this sort was cooking up. The only concern was that the brothers did not actually feel integrated into American society, judging by their comments made known to the public.

"I don't have a single American friend," Tamerlan said in a photo essay about his love of boxing. "I don't understand them."

Before refusing to give anymore interviews, the mother of the two, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva talked to RT and expressed confidence her sons were framed by the FBI, alleging that they had been following Tamerlan in particular for at least 5 years.

"They were controlling him, they were controlling his every step…and now they say that this is a terrorist act! Never ever is this true, my sons are innocent!” the mother exclaimed.

It would be indeed strange to suggest somebody so closely watched by the FBI could have plotted terrorist acts without setting off alarm bells. The FBI, however, has in the past been accused of enticing socially-aloof Muslims into plotting a terror act and then 'disclosing' and jailing them, claiming they just saved the world from another villain (watch Fox News report). Could it be another such case that went incredibly wrong?

So far the investigation has failed to spot and track any 'real people' who could be helping the brothers in their plot.

"I think it's limited to the two brothers," Edward Deveau, the chief of police of Watertown, said. "Every information that I have been seeing, where we looked at Boston, Watertown, the greater New England area, is safe."

Little has been gathered from the Tsarnaev's online activity. The US media is sending panic waves that Tamerlan had been visiting extremist web-sites and was becoming affiliated with conservative (you may read it as radical) Islam. However - there is again little proof of that in real life. For starters, the brothers are barely known in their local (or any other) mosque.

"The brothers were members of our community in Cambridge," the head of the local Muslim center told RIA-Novosti. "They wouldn't come very often and they had never expressed any radical views."

Tamerlan is said to have set up a YouTube playlist that he labeled 'Terrorist'. This and his visits to what is considered a radical source Kavkazcenter.com made the investigation suggest he could be linked to the notorious terrorist Doku Umarov. However, the website has denied any link to the Boston Marathon bombings that have been blamed on the brothers.

"The command of the Vilayat Dagestan Mujahidin... declares that the Caucasus fighters are not waging any military activities against the United States of America. We are only fighting Russia," the Kavkazcenter.com website said in an official statement.

At the same time, Tamerlan failed to get hold of an American passport, instead obtaining just a Green Card. The New York Times reports his citizenship was held up because of an FBI interview in 2011 and not because of a domestic abuse episode - where he is said to have hit his girlfriend.

He still got married in the US – to Katherine Russell, who converted to Islam for him. The couple has a little daughter. Both the woman and the girl are choosing to hide out the media storm at Katherine's parents.

The US media speculate that Tamerlan started to cling to radical Islamist ideas when already in the US, but cemented his beliefs while traveling to Russia (Chechnya and Dagestan) in 2012. His parents confirm nothing of this sort, saying he traveled to renew his Russian passport and decided to prolong his stay.

Tsarnaevs' father, Anzor, is confirmed to be en route to the United States to be with his remaining son in hospital and try to iron the details of his arrest.

Now, however hard the FBI is trying to connect the dots, they still hardly can. Two young successful friendly men, the joy and pride of their family, with no history of radicalism, all of a sudden choose to commit a terror attack. No 'Allah Akbar' calls, no radical organization affiliation, not a hint of hatred noticed by those close to them. Tamerlan leaving a family behind, Dzhohar just a regular teenager with seemingly common teenage interests. Their actions have not brought around any evident benefit to either of them.

Moreover, it has sent curses and sorrow into their families’ lives, especially back in Russia since the traditional Caucasus cultures focus on immense respect towards parents, where fathers and mothers are idolized and honored by the younger generation – and are expected to take responsibility for their children’s action no matter what the age.

Nobody is saying Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev didn't do what everybody is saying they did – nor the police words of violent resistance to arrest which caused further fatalities. It's just their action looks bizarre and illogical based on how they lived their lives.

Watertown police chief Edward Deveau said Dzhokhar Tsarnaev ran over his brother and dragged him down the street as he tried to escape from the police on Thursday night. The alleged incident painted a picture of a ruthless terrorist who would kill his own brother to escape.

But a witness to the incident went on a talk radio station and said the police ran over Tsarnaev with an SUV and then pumped bullets into him.

If the police are lying about the death of Tamerlan, what else are they lying about? Can we believe anything the police and the government tell the media about events surrounding the bombing last week?

First, a few things that are undisputed. We know that federal, state, and local authorities took interest in a Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi after the Boston marathon bombings. We also know that he was injured and that those authorities searched his apartment and hauled away bags of stuff.

Add to that the fact that not long after Secretary of State John Kerry secretly met with the Saudi Foreign Minister after an open meeting with a photo spray was abruptly changed to a closed-door meeting. Not long after this meeting, Alharbi was no longer a person of interest.

Ok, so authorities are not denying that Alharbi was injured in the blast and they are not denying that he is a Saudi national (don’t look for them to even acknowledge that six members of the Alharbi clan are with Al-Qaeda and five were detained at Gitmo, to include one on the list of six). These authorities are, however, denying that Alharbi had anything to do with the bombings.

That leads to what appears to be three Saudis being spotted near the scene of the explosions. Note that one has what appears to be a backpack over his shoulder, via Asian Week:

According to Asian Week, the man in the middle (wearing jacket and who is also seen with a pen clipped to his shirt) was standing over a baby stroller.

A Saudi national named Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi – who has six relatives belonging to Al Qaeda and five that were detained at Gitmo – was injured at the scene of terrorist bombings at the Boston marathon. The bombings hadcertain characteristics that indicate they were the work of Al Qaeda.

Now we have a photo(s) of what very well could be three Saudis, to include at least one who resembles Alharbi at the scene of the bombings.

And Alharbi went from ‘person of interest’ to completely innocent in less than 24 hours?

QUDS FORCES PLANNED BOSTON BOMBINGS FOR 2 YEARS

Source reveals research included high-value targets inside U.S.

Qasem Soleimani, the head of Iran’s Quds Forces, ordered reconnaissance and intelligence gathering on various events and public gatherings in the United States years ago, culminating in the bombings at the Boston Marathon one week ago, WND has learned.

According to a source within Iran’s intelligence services, the Islamic regime’s Quds Forces, a special unit of the Revolutionary Guards in charge of extraterritorial operations, have done extensive planning on gatherings, events and high-value targets in the United States for some time, but for two years focused on events such as the Boston Marathon.

The source had earlier provided information that tied the Islamic regime to the Boston attack and pointed to the collaboration of the regime’s Quds Forces with the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah and elements of al-Qaida with links to an operational center in South Asia. He said that under Quds Force guidance, Hezbollah recruited sympathizers through collaborators connected to South Asia for terrorist activities in the U.S.

Another source in December told WND that the Quds Forces had drawn up plans for terrorist attacks in the U.S. starting within six months and that an operational team was in the United States to prepare for the attacks. He also said then that suicide bombers and potential terrorists were ready to attack Canada and European countries, including France and England.

In Canada, police said today they had foiled a terror plot. They reported that the two accused in the case were getting “direction and guidance” from al-Qaida elements in Iran.

The plan was to be automatically launched if America did not accept Iran’s nuclear program, if sanctions increased or a military confrontation took place. The regime felt it must act because current sanctions, which have already devastated Iran’s economy, could spark civilian rioting.

Another worry for the regime, the December source said, was that the push to oust Syrian President Bashar Assad would be a big blow to the Islamic regime and its activities in the region.

Editor’s note: Because of its importance, this writer immediately contacted Congressman Peter King at home and informed the New York Republican of the imminent threat. He urged that I contact his office the next day. The conversation was held with his aide, Kevin Caroll, who was not receptive and mostly dismissive.

Ultimately the information was shared with two U.S. agencies, which took the warning seriously. However, despite weeks of extensive work with the agencies, the informant could not provide accurate details of any specific operation.

But days before the Boston bombing, the source said, “My words will be proven.”

The new source in the Guards intelligence unit said the regime’s Quds Forces collaborated with Hezbollah and their operational centers in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The operational support teams on the Boston bombings can be linked to those centers, he said.

He also said those centers are actively recruiting a new wave of terrorists from non-Arabs and from Islam’s Sunni sect to avoid any trace back to Shiite Iran and Hezbollah and to either present an apparent link to al-Qaida or individuals acting on their own.

Their goal, he said, is to divert attention to Saudi Arabia and other Sunni countries that are in a proxy war with Iran over leadership in the region. As Iran is trying to destabilize Bahrain, Yemen and Saudi Arabia itself, those countries are trying to destabilize Syria, where Saudi Arabia and other Sunni states hope to oust Assad and confront Hezbollah.

Iran is prepared to continue such attacks within the U.S. homeland to create fear and uncertainty and divert America’s push to stop Iran’s nuclear program and oust Assad, he said.

In that regard, Iran extended its recruitment operations to the Caucasus, Dagestan and Chechnya, a move that Russia has denounced. Iran also has a major operational center in Azerbaijan, where tensions between that government and the Islamic regime remain high. Many terrorists have been arrested within Azerbaijan.

As previously reported, the two brothers who set off the bombs at the Boston Marathon were assets of a bigger network and were set up to be burned so there would be no link back to their handlers – and Iran. The source added that in the view of the Islamic regime, the terrorist attack in Boston was a success because U.S. homeland security was breached, much fear was created, and international media spread details of the attack — all with no direct link to the regime itself.

Based on information from a former member of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards intelligence unit who defected to a Scandinavian country, it was reported last year that the Islamic regime’s agents were active in the U.S. and were working to acquire intelligence that might be useful in terror attacks. The agents work on Americans who have converted to Islam with offers of a trip to the Iranian city of Qom, the site of hotbed seminaries and the center of Shia theology, where they are brainwashed and offered collaboration. The agents also use Islamic centers and mosques in the U.S. and other countries to recruit assets. The information was shared with U.S. officials.

An Iranian media site connected to the Quds Forces today reacted to WND’s exclusive report on April 16 that blamed the regime for the Boston attack, without denying the connection between the Chechen brothers to networks related to Hezbollah and the Quds Forces. The site likened the WND report to previous “claims” by the Obama administration about the terror plot on a Saudi diplomat in America, which it claimed was mocked internationally.
