Noda became inarticulate in Diet for continuous 2 days

On 10/31/2012, Fukushima Diary reported Noda is having health problems.
Japanese prime minister Noda became inarticulate in the National Diet on 11/1 and 11/2 continuously.
It was plenary session of House of Representatives and plenary session of House of Councilors.
He corrected the pronunciation with a hand touching his mouth.
He became inarticulate to speak the same phrase on both of the days, which is:

Tepco has the right to reject compensation in 2014

Fukushima governor Sato asked Tepco not to claim for the right of extinctive prescription for compensation.
According to the civil code, Fukushima victims will lose the right to claim for the compensation from Tepco 3 years after 311 if Tepco claims for extinctive prescription.
Tepco president Hirose commented, it is difficult to make a statement about that yet.
In Chernobyl, major symptoms started appearing 4 years later after the accident.


Tepco to found alternative headquarters in Fukushima

Tepco is going to found alternative headquarters in Fukushima, which specializes in compensation and decontamination.
They will move a few hundreds of employees from Tokyo headquarters to the one in Fukushima and the relevant function will be also transfered. Over 4,000 employees are planned to work there including executives such as vice-president.
