On the daily press conference, Tepco stated there are some doors and rooms in reactor3, which Tepco can not disclose.
It was mentioned in the Q&A section between a freelance journalist Mr. Kino, and Tepco’s spokesman Matsumoto.
フリー木野：昨年の事故後に色々撮影されている動画だが、これを全部公開するのは可能か？その後の検討は？
Mr. Kino : Since last year, Tepco has been taking some videos of Fukushima plants. Is it possible to disclose all of them ?
松本：既に事故後撮影した水漏れとか、データ類に関しては昨年の秋に先ほど申し上げた東新ビルの情報公開コーナーのところでDVDとしておいている。
Tepco : We already disclose videos and photos of historical water leakage and data as DVD. It’s published at information disclosure center of Toshin building since last Autumn.
フリー木野：確認だが、昨年6月9日に3号機に入ったと思うが、この動画も全部そこに入っているのか？
Mr. Kino : Tepco entered reactor 3 on 9th of June (6/11 ?), is that video disclosed there too ?
松本：6月9日の動画に関しては公表した部分の以外の所に関しては核物質防護上、映ってはいけないものがあったので、公開はできない判断をしている。
Tepco : We disclosed a part of the video, but we decided not to disclose the rest for the nuclear material protection.
フリー木野：その判断は御社でされたのか？
Mr. kino : Was that decision made by Tepco ?
松本：はいそうです。
Tepco : Yes we did.
フリー木野：保安院のその部分が核物質防護上問題になるか、ということは確認されていないということか？
Mr. Kino : Does that mean it was not the nuclear agency to have decided not to disclose it for the issue of nuclear material protection ?
松本：核物質防護上、映ってはいけない扉類が映っていたので、私どもでそのような判断をした。
Tepco : The video included the doors that should not be disclosed for the issue of nuclear material protection, so we made that decision by ourselves.
フリー木野：扉以外の中も写っていると思うが、その部分もそうか？
Mr. Kino : The video does probably include the inside of the door, but is that the same ?
松本：後、扉ともう一つは作業員の方の名前が写っているので、そこは処理する必要があろうかと思っている。
Tepco : The video included the door, and the name of the worker, so we should do something for them.
フリー木野：そういった物を処理した上で公開というのはできないのか？
Mr. Kino : Can you disclose those parts after processing ?
松本：処理するにしても手間がかかるので時間を頂ければと考えているが、今のところ、まだ具体的な作業までは行なっていない。
Tepco : It takes time to process those parts of the video. We haven’t started anything specific for it yet.

Before 311, radioactive waste of over 100 Bq/kg was stocked like this on the picture.
Now 100Bq/kg is the safety limit of food.

Mr. Oyama, a Minamisoma city councilor measured cesium 134 / 137 of the soil of Minamisoma city.
南相馬市議会議員の大山こういち氏が南相馬市内の土からセシウム134、137を検出しました。
The analysis was done by a laboratory of Minamisoma local government.
分析は市の研究所によって行われました。
The result is like this graph below.
結果は以下のグラフの通りです。
The most left “bar” is the doubled limit of mandatory evacuation zone in Belarus. (2*1,480,000Bq/m2). It was needed for the 2 reasons.
一番左の”棒”は、ベラルーシの移住義務ゾーンの基準(148万Bq/m2)を2倍にしたものです。 この理由は以下の2点です。
1. Otherwise it is too small to recognize on this graph.
2倍にしないと小さすぎて見えない。
2. Because the limit of 1,480,000Bq/m2 is only cesium137. By doubling the figure, it gets close to the total of cesium 137 and 134.
ベラルーシの基準がセシウム137のみであるのに対して、今回検出されたサンプルはセシウム134と137の合算であるため、ベラルーシの値を2倍にすることでセシウム134と137の合算に近づけた。
On 4/16/2012, Japanese government lifted hazard area of this zone.
4/16、この地区は警戒区域を解除されました。
