Executive Orders from the President - Does anyone wonder why we see Orders of Succession for the Departments of Agriculture , OMB , EPA , Commerce - but not Treasury or the Department of Defense ? Why do these four departments need succession plans anyway - are't these appointed positions regarding their Chiefs and how come the country has functioned quite well without succession plans to date ? And now free speech interpreted as " threatening " Yemen is subject to hammer time by the Government , I mean really ? Interpreting Executive Orders or legislation - generally the title is exactly the opposite of the actual effect or the actual effect is completely unrelated to the title ( reference to reducing regulatory burdens / promoting international regulatory cooperation )
