Trauma surgeon Stephen Ray Odom, of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, testified on April 22 that alleged Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev suffered from a “high-powered injury” that resulted in wounds to the middle ear, the skull base, his vertebrae and his pharynx.
The testimony, which was unsealed this week, indicates Tsarnaev’s most serious injury was a gunshot wound to the head that appeared to enter through the “lower left side of his mouth, exiting through the lower left side of his face,” according to CNN’s recent report.
However, the photographs released by Sgt. Sean Murphy, a tactical photographer with the Massachusetts State Police, shows Tsarnaev standing upright holding his hands in the air as an act of submission before being apprehended by police.

Based on the released photos, it’s obvious that Tsarnaev had not suffered from a gunshot wound to the face at this point. If he had, he most likely wouldn’t have been mobile, let alone able stand and walk towards police surrendering himself.
The Daily Mail reported that Dzhokhar suffered from multiple gunshot wounds, including one that left his skull fractured.
Dr. Odom’s report does not state whether the wounds were self-inflicted, or caused by police during the shootout.
Initial reports stated that police fired at Tsarnaev using rubber bullets (which is debunked through the audio of the video below), however once photos of the boat riddled with bullet holes emerged, police retracted that story replacing it with allegations that Tsarnaev was armed and firing at police.
These allegations were also later debunked when reports revealed that Tsarnaev was not found with any weapons.
Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis claims Tsarnaev “fired several shots from inside the boat,”reported the NY Post. The report also states that Dzhokhar suffered a wound to the back of the neck in a possible suicide attempt.
According to the government’s narrative, Tsarnaev thought he was dying so he searched the boat, was able to find a pen and wrote the following messages inside the interior of the boat wall:
• “F*** America”
• “Praise Allah”
• He mentioned “infidels”
• He “‘does not mourn’ the death of his older brother because he is a martyr living in the ‘paradise’ and that he expected to join him there soon”
• He wrote that the “bombings were retribution for the various American crimes against Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan”
• He called the victims of the bombing “‘collateral damage’ like the thousands of innocent Muslim victims of American wars across the globe”
• He also said “When you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims”
It seems ridiculous to imagine Tsarnaev writing all these messages during his final moments. And of course the public can’t view the messages because the boat was so badly riddled with bullet holes, yet it was reportedly legible enough for police to make it out.
Despite reports that Tsarnaev tried to kill himself, the timing of his injuries is debatable.
Did cops inflict the throat and/or bullet wounds to the head after Tsarnaev was apprehended by police in an attempt to kill him, or at the very minimum, disable his ability to speak?
Officials reportedly spent several days questioning Tsarnaev before reading his rights under the excuse that he was a “public safety exception,” which allows investigators to question a suspect without reading their Miranda Rights, reported CNN.
Infowars editor Kurt Nimmo disclosed in a July report that Officer Jeff Campbell of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority Transit Police SWAT Unit said, “I did see a throat injury. To me it looked more like a knife wound.”
“It wasn’t a puncture hole. It was a slice where it was spread open, possibly a piece of shrapnel from one of the explosives that they were using the night before. It didn’t look like a bullet wound to me. It looked like a cut of some kind.”
While inconsistencies continue to plague this case, one thing is certain and that’s that the story is sure to change again, evolving in a manner that compliments the government’s agenda.

Michael Hastings was afraid his car was tampered with
As details about journalist Michael Hastings’ death remain unanswered following the release of a coroner’s report, a neighbor says the late reporter was afraid to get in his own car hours before he died in high-speed crash June 18 in Hollywood.
Hastings, 33, was killed when his Mercedes coupe crashed into a tree just before 5 a.m. that morning, and details about the collision have been contested in the months since. A friend of Hastings said days later that the reporter believed he was being investigated by the government, and the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks said one of their attorneys was contacted by Hastings hours before his death.
In the aftermath, conspiracists floated the possibility that Hastings’ car had been hacked, or perhaps a hit had been ordered to take him out before another big story could stir up the political world. Hastings’ previous works had led to serious consequences for many of those in power. Most famously, a 2010 Rolling Stone article by Hastings had directly led to Gen. Stanley McChrystal’s 2010 resignation as US commander in Afghanistan.
On June 17, Hastings allegedly told his colleagues that that he was going off the radar for a bit because he was working on a big story. Now only furthering skepticism about the journalist’s demise, his neighbor tells the Los Angeles Weekly that Hastings was terrified to get in his own car hours before he died inside of it.
Jordanna Thigpen tells LA Weekly that Hastings approached her in the early hours of June 18 and pleaded with her to hand over her Volvo.
“His behavior grew increasingly erratic. Helicopters often circle over the hills, but Hastings believed there were more of them around whenever he was at home, keeping an eye on him. He came to believe his Mercedes was being tampered with,” Gene Maddaus wrote for the Weekly
"Nothing I could say could console him," Thigpen told the paper. "He was scared, and he wanted to leave town.” Thigpen told Hastings she was experiencing mechanical problems with her car and declined his pleas to take it for a drive.
According to the neighbor, that meeting occurred after midnight on the morning of June 18 just five hours before emergency responders attended the fatal car crash. In the coroner’s report published last week by investigative journalist Jason Leopold, family members said Hastings was thought to have just recently begun taking drugs after almost a decade-and-a-half of sobriety. Hastings brothers told investigators that the reporter passed out at around 3 a.m. that morning and suggested he wouldn’t be surprised if cocaine, marijuana or DMT were being abused at the time. A toxicology report identified only insignificant traces of methamphetamines and weed in Hastings’ system, and led officials to conclude that either couldn’t play role in the crash.
The official report has since ruled out drugs or alcohol as the reason behind the crash, and perhaps no one will never know why Hastings’ automobile accelerated down a Hollywood strip that morning and into a tree. Coupled with the apparent attempts to warn his associate and WikiLeaks of a possible investigation, Thigpen’s admission isn’t making it any easier to close the case. Whether or not Hastings’ fear of driving his own car was justified by the work he was doing or other stressors at play will likely never be known. However, it without a doubt adds another interesting chapter to a puzzling saga worthy of the investigative work that Hastings made his hallmark.
DHS employee responsible for gun purchases prepares for race war

Ayo Kimathi helps the Department of Homeland Security procure guns and ammunitions for United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Once out of the office, though, his hobbies apparently include advocating for a race war on the World Wide Web.
One former DHS supervisor of Kimathi told the Southern Press Law Center that the ICE small business specialist “fights for the little guy,” has a “commanding presence” and is pretty good at his job. Not all of Kimathi’s current co-workers have such nice words, though, and a SPLC report published this week might leave even more federal agents stuck answering questions about a man perhaps best known by his online alias: Irritated Genie.
Don Terry of the SPLC’s Hatewatch group published a profile of Kimathi on Wednesday this week and linked the man as being “the Irritated Genie,” the administrator of a website called War on the Horizon. And although a Google search for Kimathi can help assist a number of small firms towards selling munitions to the DHS, a quick query of his alleged alter-ego returns something that ICE isn’t all too happy about.
According to the SPLC, Kimathi calls for the killing of whites, Jews and gays using that alias, and he even travels the country discussing how homosexuality, pedophilia, bestiality and “white culture” is being used as a “weapon of mass destruction” against black people worldwide. Lectures are uploaded on YouTube and are available alongside other diatribes discussing how “white-sex offenders…have infested the Black Conscious community like roaches in a cereal box.”
“War on the Horizon (WOH) is a Haitianist organization created for the purpose of preparing Black people worldwide for an unavoidable, inevitable clash with the white race,” the website states. “[W]hites around the world are absolutely determined to exterminate Afrikan people in all corners of the Earth.”
The SPLC reported that Kimathi received permission from his superiors to run the website when he isn’t working in the office, but didn’t exactly explain as much information as critics think he could have.
“If he had adequately and truthfully described his group,” a former supervisor said, “I can’t imagine for a minute he would have been granted permission.”
“When I saw the website, I was stunned,” the supervisor said. “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me.”
“People are afraid he will come in with a gun someday and go postal. I am astounded, he’s employed by the federal government, let alone Homeland Security.”
In the hours since the SPLC first profiled Kimathi, his name and that of his alleged alter-ego return more results on Google than ever before. When the SPLC called the phone number listed on the WOH website, the person on the other end of the line wouldn’t comment if the two persons were one in the same.
“He just goes by the Irritated Genie,” Hatewatch was told.
Meanwhile, though, ICE has already managed to issue a response which could soon eventually leave the Irritable Genie more time to travel the country lecturing about eradicating whites.
"ICE does not condone any type of hateful rhetoric or advocacy of violence of any kind against anyone," Deputy Press Secretary Gillian Christensen said in a statement to Huffington Post. "Every ICE employee is held to the highest standard of professional and ethical conduct. Accusations of misconduct are investigated thoroughly and if substantiated, appropriate action is taken."

His former supervisor told the Southern Poverty Law Center that she was “stunned” by the site. “To see the hate, to know that he is a federal employee, it bothered me,” she said. DHS signed off on the site based on Kimathi’s description, but apparently did not bother to check the site.
Kimathi’s site calls President Obama a “treasonous mulatto scum dweller,” and an enemy of the black supremacist movement, along with Oprah, Whoopi Goldberg, and Condoleezza Rice. The site says, “warfare is eminent, and in order for Black people to survive the 21st century, we are going to have to kill a lot of whites – more than our christian hearts can possibly count." Kimathi also says that whites are attempting to “homosexualize” black men to somehow make them weaker, and therefore easier pickings for racism. He also offers helpful hints on how “Black women in the world [can] understand what she needs to do to keep a strong Black man happy.”

Evening Kev - a real action packed day , lots of stuff coming into the light ( glad to see another blogger do a post on the Boston Bombing photos calling bs on the wounds of the still living Tsarnaev youth ! First time I saw anything about the DHS employee - and he's buying guns while pushing for race war ? Syria situation swirling away , Hastings story - still doesn't add up no mater how hard the cover up attempts are pushed ! And then we have real debacles like Fukushima - and check my post on the Louisiana sinkhole - it devoured whole trees today - my count was about a dozen or so !
